your own idea for a mat, or submitting full artwork,
or submitting partial artwork and instructing WackyMats
to complete it, you state that you own the idea or art,
or have permission from it's owner to use it. WackyMats
will not be held liable for damages resulting from the
creation of products
that use copyrighted
imagery, logos, or text, and such liabilty shall be
the complete responsibility of the person who submitted
said imagery, logos, or text to WackyMats.
